. Tomatoes into slices;
. Chopped green pepper;
. Chopped cilantro;
. Chopped onion;
. Shredded lettuce.

* Art *
. Chopped onion (edges);
. Grated carrot;
. Grated beets (dark part);
. Cilantro, green pepper and chilli chopped (green part);
. Corn (chest parrot);
. Carrot (parrot beak and feet);
. Tomato and beetroot (eye parrot);

* Seasoning *
. Red wine vinegar;
. Extra virgin olive oil.
