Toucan Salad

Ingredients -



* First layer *
. Mango into cubes;
. Grated carrot;
. Diced tomatoes;
. Chopped iceberg lettuce;
. Chopped cilantro;
. Chopped onion;
. Chilli, chopped;
. Palmito slices.

* Art *
. Plum (bird wing);
. Black Olive (pupil and bird's body);
. Green peppers (green background);
. Carrot (flowers, beak, eyes and feet of the bird);
. Turnip (white part);
. Pea (flower buds)
. Green peppers (eye);
. Beet (branches).

* Seasoning *
. Red wine vinegar;
. Extra virgin olive oil.
